When you select a service plan in your order, Cellular Services initiates the contractual agreement between you and Verizon, and activates the equipment for you with Verizon. Once you receive your activated equipment(s) from us, you must contact Cellular Services directly if you wish to change your service plan. Cellular Services cannot cancel your service for you. Usage and other fees may be charged by Verizon. If you cancel your service plan, please contact Cellular Services for the Verizon customer service department to return the equipment (800-850-1558). Otherwise, Cellular Services may charge you an equipment subsidy recovery fee. Complete Carrier Terms & Conditions and Cellular Services Terms & Conditions were displayed to you at the time of your Cellular Services order (prior to "Order Check-Out") and additional information is posted on the FAQ page of this site.
Cellular Services and vzwnow.com have partnered with Verizon Wireless as an Authorized Agent to process and fulfill your order. Any Verizon orders placed on-line must be returned to vzwnow.com.
You will not receive any return credit* if any equipment is returned to an Verizon retail store or if all original packaging is not included or if the manufacturer rebate has been filed and/or the original UPC on the original box has been removed. Please refer to the FAQ page on this site for additional information.
Important:
The price you paid for your wireless phone is based upon your activation of new service with Verizon. If service is not activated and your phone is not returned as noted on this page, you will be charged the full price of the phone which may be greater than what you have already paid.

Our 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Prepaid Products
The 15-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy for customers on any Prepaid rate plan is not applicable. Service is not guaranteed.
Service Guarantee:The 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for service does not apply to customers purchasing any of the Verizon Prepaid rate plans. Activation Fee and dollar or minute balances are not refundable.
Equipment Guarantee:The equipment guarantee does not apply to the purchase of prepaid equipment, manufacturers warranty applies.
